Governor Abbot has signed the bill. Preparations are well underway on appointments to the benches. We will have several presentations at the State Bar Annual Meeting on 06/20 to discuss the new rules and other issues about the structure and implications. We are also creating a Resource Center on this site to gather information about Texas Business Courts. Stay tuned to this space.
