Business Organizations Code
The Business Organizations Code Committee was formed in 1995 for the purpose of organizing and drafting a substantive codification of Texas business entities statutes. The codification involves reorganizing, modernizing, simplifying, restating and clarifying existing law in this area. This task was completed in 2003 through the passage of the Texas Business Organization Code.
